1. What PassiveTrack is
PassiveTrack is a wealth-tracking application for personal use. It displays the data you manually enter and prices we fetch publicly. It is not a brokerage, bank, financial advisor, or tax tool. Nothing inside the app should be construed as investment advice.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe. We hash passwords with bcrypt and never store them in plaintext. You may delete your account at any time by emailing us — see Privacy Policy.
3. Pro subscription
PassiveTrack offers a Pro subscription unlocking unlimited holdings, AI insights, and the FIRE Coach.
iOS users: Pro is sold via Apple In-App Purchase as an auto-renewing monthly subscription priced at $4.99 USD per month (price may differ in your local currency per Apple's pricing tiers). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Web users: Pro is sold via Stripe at $4.99 USD per month. Manage or cancel anytime via the in-app subscription screen.
No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods. If you cancel, you retain Pro access until the end of the current paid period.
4. Data accuracy
Prices and FX rates come from public APIs and can be stale or wrong. We mark stale data with a STALE indicator but don't guarantee accuracy. Don't make trading or tax decisions based on numbers from this app without verifying them at the source.
5. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service. Don't use the app to manipulate markets, evade taxes, or harass others.
6. Liability
The app is provided “as is” with no warranty. We're not liable for financial decisions you make using information from the app, for outages, or for data loss.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

2. 账户

3. Pro 订阅
Pro 订阅解锁无限持仓、AI 洞察、FIRE 教练。
iOS 用户：通过 Apple 内购订阅，自动续期，每月 $4.99 USD （本地价格按 Apple 价格档调整）。在购买确认时从 Apple ID 扣款，除非在本期末 24 小时前关闭自动续期，否则会自动续费。可在「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」管理或取消。
网页用户：通过 Stripe 订阅，每月 $4.99 USD，可在 App 内订阅页管理或取消。
已使用的部分时段不退款；取消后可继续使用 Pro 至本期结束。
4. 数据准确性
价格 + 汇率来自公开 API，可能过时或错误。我们用 STALE 标记过时数据，但不保证准确性。请勿仅凭本 App 数字做交易或报税决定。
5. 合理使用
不得反向工程、爬取或滥用本服务，不得用于市场操纵、逃税、骚扰他人。
6. 责任
本 App 按现状提供，不附担保。我们不对你基于 App 信息所做的财务决策、服务中断或数据丢失承担责任。
7. 变更
条款可能更新，重大变化会在 App 内通知。变更后继续使用即视为接受。
