Privacy Policy

PassiveTrack (“we”, “our”, the “app”) is a wealth-tracking tool. We collect only the data we need to compute and display your net worth, passive income, and FIRE coverage. We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers.

What we collect

• Account: email address and a hashed password (bcrypt). Optional display name.
• Financial data you enter: holdings (ticker, quantity, cost basis), income streams, liabilities, monthly expense / contribution / income, base currency, target withdrawal rate, expected annual return.
• Optional profile fields: birth date and country / region (used by the AI monthly report to compare you against same-age, same-country peers — see “Third parties”).
• Device identifiers: Expo push notification token when you enable monthly notifications; Apple StoreKit original_transaction_id when you subscribe via the App Store.
• Aggregate snapshots: daily totals of your net worth and monthly passive income, computed server-side so we can show charts. Stored in your account and deleted when your account is deleted.

What we don't collect

• Your bank credentials. PassiveTrack has no bank-sync feature.
• Real-time location, contacts, calendar, photos beyond ones you explicitly upload for AI parsing.
• Behavioural tracking, ad identifiers, cross-app tracking.

Third parties

We send the minimum necessary data to a small set of providers to run the app:

• Quote providers (Binance, CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance, Twelve Data, FMP): we send symbol strings only (“BTCUSDT”, “AAPL”). Never your account or holdings count.
• European Central Bank: anonymous fetch of daily FX rates. No user data sent.
• Google Gemini (Google LLC): when you generate an AI insight or chat with the FIRE Coach, we send a short markdown summary of your financial state (totals, percentages, a few token names). Per Google's API terms, this data is not used to train their models.
• World Bank Open Data: anonymous fetch of GDP per capita for your country. No user data sent.
• Stripe / Apple StoreKit: when you subscribe to Pro, payment processing is handled by Stripe (web) or Apple (iOS). We receive only the subscription status and a transaction identifier — never your card number.
• Brevo (transactional email provider): password reset, family invites, monthly insight when opted in. Your email address is the only PII passed.
• Sentry: anonymized crash reports. Configured to scrub email addresses and financial figures.

Your rights

You can export all your data as a ZIP of CSV files from the Settings screen. You can delete your account, which permanently removes all your data within 30 days, by emailing us at the address below. We honour standard GDPR / CCPA requests.

Children

PassiveTrack is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we change this policy. Material changes will be announced inside the app.

我们收集什么

• 账户：邮箱、密码哈希（bcrypt）、可选显示名。
• 你录入的财务数据：持仓（代码 / 数量 / 成本）、收入流、负债、月支出 / 月投入 / 月收入、基准货币、安全提取率、预期年回报。
• 可选档案：出生日期、国家或地区（用于 AI 月报对比同龄同国人群，详见"第三方"）。
• 设备标识：开启通知后的 Expo 推送 token；App Store 订阅后的交易 ID。
• 聚合快照：每日净资产 + 月被动收入数值，用于绘制趋势图。注销账号时删除。

我们不收集什么

• 你的银行登录凭证。本 App 没有银行同步功能。
• 实时位置、通讯录、日历、相册（除你主动上传用于 AI 解析的截图外）。
• 行为追踪、广告 ID、跨 App 追踪。

第三方

• 报价源（Binance / CoinGecko / Yahoo / Twelve Data / FMP）：仅发送股票代码，不发送账户信息。
• 欧洲央行：匿名拉取每日汇率。
• Google Gemini：生成 AI 洞察或与 FIRE 教练对话时，发送你财务状态的精简 markdown 摘要。 根据 Google API 条款，这些数据不会用于训练模型。
• 世界银行公开数据：匿名拉取你所在国家的人均 GDP。
• Stripe / Apple StoreKit：支付处理；我们只接收订阅状态 + 交易 ID，从不接触你的卡号。
• Brevo（事务邮件服务）：发送密码重置 / 家庭邀请 / 月报通知邮件。
• Sentry：匿名崩溃日志，已配置脱敏邮箱和金额。

你的权利

在设置页可以导出所有数据为 CSV 压缩包。要注销账号 + 永久删除所有数据，发邮件给下方地址， 我们将在 30 天内处理。我们遵守 GDPR / CCPA 等标准请求。
